Come as you are. Even the messy bits. Especially the messy bits.
I’m a certified ADHD coach who works with late‑diagnosed business owners and professionals in the public sector who are tired of trying to live life at 100mph. If you’ve spent years pushing yourself to meet expectations that never actually fit, you’re not alone, and you’re definitely not the problem.
If you’re exhausted from trying to be the version of yourself everyone else expects, you’re in the right place. My coaching is honest, messy, compassionate, and rooted in lived experience. We look at your fears, your strengths, your quirks, and your truth, and we build a life around that, not around who you think you’re supposed to be.
My approach is simple: we figure out what actually feels good and true for you. Not what society says you “should” be doing. Not what everyone else seems to manage without thinking. Just what works for your brain, your energy, and your lifestyle.
I’m here to help you let go of the pressure, embrace your neurodivergence, and build a life that feels more like you, calmer, freer, and a whole lot less exhausting. Whether you’re craving a big change or you just want to enjoy a coffee without feeling guilty, this is a space where things get to slow down.
You don’t need to upgrade every part of your life. You just need a way of living that finally makes sense for you. If you’re ready for things to feel easier, I’d love to help guide your journey.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years working as an Intensive Care and Anaesthetic Nurse. If you’re in the public sector, I get the pressure, the pace, and the emotional load, and I’d love to support you through it.
My own journey (and the support I received along the way) inspired me to train as a coach. I studied with the Neurodiversity Training Academy, an ICF‑accredited programme. I am Autism‑informed with lived experience that shapes everything I do. I’ve also completed a course in Life Coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming.
